My visit to the ATT store to get a new cell phone led me to get an inquiry on my credit. Switching carriers can often lead to a credit check and this is a hard inquiry. My guess is that this costs me 10 points which i should get back soon. Lesson here is that some people have to get a new cell phone when they leave a job (i.e. company phone), a new one will cause a credit
