TrueCredit’s 3-Bureau monitoring includes unlimited 3-in-1 Credit Reports & Scores for $14.95/month has a really nice user interface with its clean layout and it’s main advantage is that it features true tri-merged reports. This is useful as it allows you to see your 3 credit reports side-by-side.  The myFICO products don’t do this, and only feature 2 out of 3 bureau scores.

An interesting note: the scores used are not FICO credit scores, they can be different. In my case, when i reviewed this product, my TU FICO was quite higher than my TU non-FICO score. This is why, first, you have three scores.  It allows you to calibrate for 1 off differences in bureau scores and, secondly, you want to ask your lender for the score they pull.  All and all, a very insightful service, and one of the better looking user interfaces of the products tested.

769 FICO Score

My FICO score is back up. Clearly a bounce back from being better with my credit cards as of late. A 7 point increase caused by making an active effort to keep my balances lower. Next month should be interesting though. I just opened a business credit card, which may impact my personal credit. It shouldn’t but let’s see….
